How does it work?

The Wait List Manager helps your host manages your walk-in crowds and reservations all through one easy-to-use application. When there is a wait for seating, simply add the guest’s party information and mobile phone number to the wait list. As tables start to clear, simply select the next party, select call, and the Wait List Manager will handle the rest.

• Phone calls are made through Queuent’s patented Interactive Queuing Service.

• Make multiple calls at once, so you can call as many    parties as you need to at the same time.
• Immediately see if a party confirms, delays, or
     cancels so that you don’t leave a table open any
     longer than you have to.
• If the party delays or does not answer on the
     first call, the Wait List Manager automatically
     recalls the party.
