What is the cost?

There is a $499 setup fee for your restaurant that includes a customer greeting that your customers will hear, a caller id set to your main number, and access to the manager’s Wait List Manager’s administration page that provides online reporting, online reservations, and key configuration controls. You can then use Wait List Manager on as many systems in the restaurant as you like.

You only pay $0.25 for the first call you make to a party. All subsequent calls to that party regardless if the party delays, does not answer, or the call is dropped, are completely free.

Only pay for the service when you use it – if you go on a wait seasonally or only occasionally during the week, you only pay for the service when you use it. You have no hefty, upfront investment for a system you rarely use. You can expect the overall costs to be similar to legacy restaurant paging systems – but with significantly better customer satisfaction and retention.
